- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, or more as needed

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter in it. Next, add minced garlic to the skillet and cook constantly until its aroma is released, approximately 2-3 minutes have passed.

Then, add the lobster to the skillet and cook until it reaches a heated state, roughly 5 minutes have passed.

After that, pour in the wine and squeeze some fresh lemon juice into it; bring the mixture to a rolling boil.

Subsequently, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet and cook until it's fully melted, around 2 minutes have passed.

Finally, add bread crumbs to the skillet in small increments of 2 tablespoons at a time, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil after each addition.
