  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef with sliced onion, salt, and pepper until the meat is fully browned. Break up the ground beef with a spoon as it cooks, ensuring it's evenly distributed and cooked through. Remove excess fat from the pan.

Arrange a layer of chips on a microwave-safe plate, followed by a spread of beans. Next, add a layer of cheese, then the cooked ground beef mixture, and finally another layer of cheese. Place sliced jalapeno peppers on top.
