- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 pound chicken livers, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or more as needed

Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature of three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit or one sixty-five degrees Celsius.

Next, take a nine-inch square baking dish and coat it with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent the dish from sticking. Then, cover the dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

Add rolled oats to a food processor and process until they reach a fine texture, taking about ten to fifteen seconds. Transfer the oats to a large mixing bowl and combine them with all-purpose flour.

Using a food processor, chop the livers into a smooth consistency, taking around ten to fifteen seconds. Add eggs to the processor and blend until they are fully incorporated with the liver mixture, approximately ten seconds. Add a neutral-tasting oil to the processor and blend until it is fully incorporated.

Mix the liver mixture with the oat and flour mixture in the bowl, stirring until they are well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in a preheated oven until it reaches a firm but not hard texture, taking about thirty to forty minutes.

Once the dish is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting it into fifty equal pieces.
