In a separate bowl, combine the lime zest, olive oil, cumin, salt, crushed red pepper, and garlic to create a unique blend of flavors. Set the reserved lime juice aside for later use. Rub the seasoned mixture onto both sides of the pork slices, ensuring they are evenly coated.
