Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- lemon pepper to taste

Preheat your oven's broiler to the recommended temperature.

Next, lightly coat a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Position the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece to allow for even cooking.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and soy sauce until well combined, then brush this mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
