SERVINGS

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard, or to taste
- garlic powder, or to taste
- 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
- cooking spray
Instructions
1
Combine olive oil, lemon pepper, cumin, paprika, dried mustard, and garlic powder in a compact container. Using a pastry brush, apply the mixture evenly to each tilapia fillet, ensuring they are well-coated. Flip the fillets over and apply the remaining mixture to the other side. Cover them with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2
Heat a large, outdoor grill to its highest temperature setting. Lightly brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
3
Cover a large piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray and position it on the preheated grill. Carefully transfer the tilapia fillets onto the prepared foil.
4
Cook the tilapia on the preheated grill for approximately 5 minutes per side, or until they can be easily broken apart with a fork. Serve the dish immediately.
