  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 egg whites
  • 5 teaspoons white sugar

Heat the oven to its highest temperature setting, which is typically referred to as the broiler, and set it to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or 260 degrees Celsius.

Combine condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice in a medium-sized bowl and whisk them together until well blended; then pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
