Lemon Herb Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
Instructions
1
In a spacious container designed for storing food, merge lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper. Add pork chops to the container, seal it tightly, and store it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or a longer period of time. Periodically shake the container to evenly distribute the marinade throughout.
2
Heat up an outdoor grill to extremely high temperatures. Take pork chops out of the container, and transfer any remaining marinade to a saucepan. Bring the marinade to a rolling boil, remove it from heat, and set it aside.
3
Coat the grill grate with a thin layer of oil. Cook pork chops on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, frequently basting them with the boiled marinade until they are fully cooked.
