Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine (225 grams)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Add cooked linguine, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the skillet. Toss to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and top with chopped parsley before serving.
