- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
- 1 lemon

Preheat your stovetop to a medium-high temperature, then melt butter in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and stir well. Season the salmon fillets with a zesty blend of lemon pepper on both sides.

Place the seasoned salmon in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until it reaches a tender flake when pierced with a fork. Flip the salmon halfway through cooking to achieve an even browning on both sides.
