  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

Soak wheat in a bowl of warm water until the liquid is mostly absorbed, approximately 25 minutes. Remove excess moisture by gently pressing on the wheat with a paper towel

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a 10x14-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
