Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 cups grated Romano cheese
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

Preheat the oven to a high heat setting of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

Next, spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray and set it aside for later use.

Mix together the ricotta cheese, fresh spinach leaves, 1 1/2 cups of shredded Romano cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper to your desired level of seasoning in a bowl.

To construct the lasagna, apply a thin layer of spaghetti sauce to the bottom of the prepared baking dish, followed by a single layer of frozen ravioli on top.

Next, spread about 1 cup of the ricotta mixture evenly over the ravioli. Repeat this process three more times, finishing with a layer of frozen ravioli on top.

Apply another 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce to the dish, and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded Romano cheese on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and hot.

Remove the aluminum foil from the dish, and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the cheese on top to brown nicely.

Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoying.
