  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 cube vegetable bouillon
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius).

Next, spray a baking sheet with a light coating of cooking spray and position the squash halves cut-side down on the prepared surface.

Proceed to bake the squash in the preheated oven until it reaches a tender state, where a knife can be inserted with minimal resistance, approximately 35 minutes.

Once the squash is cooked, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool down.
