Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 8 small slider-size rolls, split
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1
Heat the outdoor grill to a medium-high temperature and lightly brush the metal surface with oil to prevent sticking.
2
Combine minced garlic, ground cumin, dried coriander, ground allspice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; then add the lamb meat and thoroughly blend everything together. Divide the mixture into 2-ounce portions to form patties.
3
Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit (70 degrees Celsius). Meanwhile, toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
4
Assemble each slider by layering fresh spinach, a dollop of tzatziki sauce, a cooked lamb patty, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
