Lamb Meatballs in Green Curry
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • steak seasoning to taste
  • 1 (10 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons green curry paste
Instructions
1
Combine ground lamb, bread crumbs, and steak seasoning in a medium-sized bowl. Ensure the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated to create a uniform mixture. Shape the blend into small, round balls with a diameter of approximately 2.5 centimeters.
2
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and grease it with a sufficient amount of oil. Sear the lamb meatballs until they develop a dark, crispy exterior and are about halfway cooked, taking around 5 minutes.
3
Transfer the lamb meatballs to a separate container and set them aside for later use.
4
Add the curry paste to the hot skillet and cook it for roughly a minute, allowing its flavors to unfold.
5
Subsequently, pour the entire can of coconut milk into the skillet and reduce the heat to a lower setting. Allow the mixture to simmer, stirring it occasionally for 5-10 minutes, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
6
Serve the lamb meatballs alongside a side of curry sauce over a bed of rice.
