  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Next, combine parsley, onions, lamb, allspice, lemon zest, salt, and butter in a large bowl. Using your hands will provide the best results for achieving an even mix.

Now, shape the mixture into a 2-inch tall round or place it in a baking dish. Arrange tomato slices on top of the mixture.
