- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, or to taste
- 4 pita breads, cut in half
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup plain yogurt

Arrange the chicken strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a small container, combine ketchup, olive oil, white wine vinegar, dried oregano, mustard powder, and curry powder. Pour this marinade over the chicken strips as you heat up your oven's broiler.

Bake the uncovered chicken for 15 minutes, positioning it about 6 inches away from the heat source. Cook until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature, but avoid browning it excessively - overcooking can result in tough, dry meat.

Transfer the cooked chicken to warm pita bread and drizzle some of the pan juices over it. Add a handful of mixed greens and a dollop of plain yogurt on top.
