- 2 Kielbasa sausage rings, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 (8 ounce) package baby carrots
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to the optimal temperature for roasting, which is 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

Take a large mixing bowl and combine the potatoes, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, baby carrots, and minced garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

To bring out the flavors, drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over the mixture. Cover your roasting pan with aluminum foil to retain heat.

Place the prepared roasting pan in the preheated oven and let it cook for 1 hour. Remove the foil after this initial period.
