- 4 cups fresh cauliflower rice
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 4 green onions, chopped

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large cooking vessel, such as a wok or skillet, over an elevated heat setting. Introduce the pork into the pan and stir until it is evenly coated with the oil. Add a medley of vegetables including cauliflower rice, broccoli florets, mushrooms, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, until the pork reaches a slightly pink hue in its center, taking approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Transfer the pork and cauliflower mixture to one side of the cooking vessel. Introduce beaten eggs into the empty space and stir until they are fully cooked and have a scrambled texture, around 2 minutes. Combine the pork and cauliflower mixture with the egg. Add tamari, green onions, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the mixture. Stir fry until heated through, approximately 2 more minutes.
