- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup real bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon diced chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Next, place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe container and cook it on maximum power for 2 minutes. Allow it to relax for 5 minutes.

Then, use a clean dish towel to wring out the cauliflower as much as possible, extracting any excess moisture. Transfer the drained cauliflower to a large mixing container.

Add shredded Cheddar cheese, an egg, crispy bacon bits, chopped chives, salt, pepper, and a pinch of heat to the cauliflower mixture. Combine everything thoroughly.

After that, lightly spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the cauliflower mixture into 6 equal parts, making sure to leave some space between each portion. Use your hands to flatten and shape the cauliflower into oval shapes.
