- 16 ounces mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- paprika to taste

Begin by filling a large container with salted water, then bring it to the point where it's vigorously bubbling. Next, add your pasta and cook until it reaches a satisfying firmness, taking around 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the pasta from the water with a slotted spoon, and transfer it to a spacious bowl.

In this bowl, combine the pasta with beaten eggs, sliced carrots, frozen peas, cooked shrimp, and flaked crab meat. Cover the bowl with a lid, then place it in the refrigerator to chill.

To prepare the dressing, simply combine mayonnaise, milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl. Taste the dressing and adjust its seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika as needed.
