- 1 small tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Next, take a moment to grease the interior of an 11x17-inch baking dish with some cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, an egg, cubed bread, finely chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, a dash of chili sauce, a spoonful of mustard, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients together until they are just combined.

Wash a few bell peppers thoroughly, and use a sharp knife to carve out jack-o'-lantern faces from the top of each pepper. Create triangle-shaped eyes and noses, and add pointy-teeth smiles to bring your peppers to life. Remove the tops of each pepper, and scoop out the seeds and cores.

Fill each pepper with a moderate amount of beef stuffing, making sure they lean against one another in the baking dish.
