- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 36 clams in shell, scrubbed

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, allowing butter to melt and become liquid. Sauté garlic in the melted butter for a short period of time, taking care not to burn it.

Next, add wine to the skillet and stir in dried oregano, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Add the clams to the wine mixture and cover the skillet with a lid. Steam the clams until they have all opened, which should take around 5-7 minutes. Discard any clams that do not open during this time.
