Season the pork chops liberally with salt and black pepper, taking care to evenly distribute the seasonings. Place the seasoned pork chops on the grill and cook until they develop a rich brown color, display visible grill marks, and reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), flipping them every 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
