  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Acquire all necessary ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Remove the stems from the zucchinis and slice them lengthwise, exposing their inner flesh. Transfer the seeds to a large container for later use. In this same container, combine sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic; thoroughly blend the ingredients together.

Fill the hollowed-out zucchinis with the sausage mixture and arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top layer, covering it with aluminum foil to prevent drying out.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, approximately 45 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the top; continue to bake until the cheese is fully melted, taking around 15 minutes more.
