Submerge eggs in a saucepan filled with cold water, ensuring they are completely covered. Place the saucepan over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil, then swiftly take it off the stove. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes, allowing them to cook partially. Carefully remove the eggs from the hot water, let them cool down, and then peel.

Separate the egg halves and extract the yolks. Place the yolks in a medium-sized bowl and combine them with the mustard, Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and pepper.
