- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 4 cups water
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups kale, rinsed and julienned
- 1/3 cup heavy cream

Arrange the sausage links on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until they are fully cooked through, requiring 15 to 20 minutes of cooking time.

Once the sausage is cooked, cut each link in half lengthwise and then slice it into thin pieces. Set these prepared sausage slices aside for future use.

In a large saucepan with a capacity of 4 quarts, heat some oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and the diced pancetta to the saucepan and cook until the onions become transparent, taking around 10 minutes.
