Instant Pot Spinach and Cheese Egg Bites
Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup shredded Muenster cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
1
Combine eggs in a medium-sized container and whisk them until they turn a pale yellow color, having a light and airy texture. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
2
In a separate small bowl, combine chopped spinach, Muenster cheese, and sliced onion. Divide the mixture evenly among the individual compartments of a silicone egg-shaped mold. Fill each compartment with eggs, leaving about an inch at the top.
3
Cover the egg mold with aluminum foil to prevent any splatters or spills during cooking.
4
Fill a pressure cooker, such as an Instant Pot, with 1/2 cup of water. Place the egg mold inside and close the lid, making sure it is securely locked in place. The vent should be sealed to prevent any steam from escaping during cooking.
5
Using the pressure cooker's steam function, set a timer for 13 minutes to cook the eggs.
6
After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally according to the manufacturer's instructions, which can take anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes.
