Combine edamame and water in a pressure cooker designed for high-pressure cooking. Close the lid securely, ensuring it is locked into place. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines to set the pressure level and timer. Allow 10 minutes for the pressure to reach its maximum level before proceeding.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and soy sauce until you achieve a smooth consistency. Set this mixture aside for later use.

Once the pressure has been released using the quick-release method, as instructed by the manufacturer and taking approximately 5 minutes, carefully unlock and remove the lid from the pressure cooker. Drain the edamame and toss it with the prepared spicy sauce.
