- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Combine water and pasta in a versatile pressure cooking device, such as the Instant Pot. Add salt, parsley, and pepper to taste. Close the lid securely.

Select the high-pressure setting according to the manufacturer's guidelines, and set a timer for 2 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes for the pressure to rise.

Carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method, which should take around 5 minutes.

Once the pressure has been released, unlock and remove the lid. Introduce frozen peas, ricotta cheese, pesto, and Parmesan into the dish. Re-seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 minute, allowing 5-10 minutes for the pressure to build.
