Place a wire rack at the bottom of your multifunctional pressure cooker, such as an Instant Pot. Fill the pot with water and gently position raw eggs onto the rack, ensuring they fit snugly together. Secure the lid shut.

Follow the manufacturer's guidelines to set the pressure cooker to High pressure and schedule a 4-minute timer. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for the pressure to reach its peak.

As soon as the timer expires, press the Cancel button and initiate a quick release of pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions, which should take around 5 minutes. Remove the lid and carefully lift out any eggs that may have been left behind, as this can cause overcooking.

Transfer the cooked eggs to a large bowl using a serving spoon and submerge them in cold water. Allow the eggs to cool for 5 minutes before peeling them while still warm. Discard any shell fragments and use the eggs immediately or store them in the refrigerator.
