- 3 cups water
- 3 cups chopped fresh spinach, or more to taste
- 10 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

Preheat the pressure cooker by turning it on and selecting the Saute mode.

Heat a small amount of oil in the pot until it reaches the desired temperature. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the hot oil; cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Introduce the sausages into the pot and use a spoon to break them up, then continue cooking until they are lightly browned on the outside, taking around 4-5 minutes.
