Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup salt

Add shredded cabbage to the electric pressure cooker, then pour in vinegar, water, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together with a spoon before covering the pot.

Close the lid, secure it tightly, and lock the pressure release mechanism in place. Follow your cooker's guidelines to set the 'Meat' or 'Chicken' mode and set a 15-minute timer. Be prepared for the pressure to build up within 10-15 minutes.

Once the pressure has dropped, proceed with a natural release by leaving the lid closed for 10-40 minutes.
