Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream

Activate your pressure cooker by turning it on and selecting the Saute function. Next, add ground beef, sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and minced garlic to the pot. Continue cooking and stirring until the beef is nicely browned and crumbly, while the onions are tender, taking around 5 to 7 minutes.

Now, add water, soup, noodles, Worcestershire sauce, and dry soup mix to the pot. Close and secure the lid tightly.

Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for setting high pressure, then set a timer according to their instructions - in this case, 3 minutes. Allow the pressure to build up for 10 to 15 minutes.
