- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon ground cardamom

Heat a saucepan over medium warmth. Melt the ghee, then introduce sliced carrots into it. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until the carrots become tender, approximately 5 minutes have passed.

Next, add milk to the saucepan and bring it to a rolling boil. Keep cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens, taking around 10 minutes.

Subsequently, decrease the heat to a medium level.

In another container, combine water and sugar; use an electric mixer or spoon to dissolve the sugar completely.

Add this sugar-infused water mixture to the saucepan with the carrots, stirring well. Introduce plump raisins and ground cardamom into the mixture; continue to cook and stir until the raisins are puffed up and the entire mixture is thickened, approximately 10 minutes have passed.
