Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
Instructions
1
Preheat the cooking vessel by heating the oil over a moderate flame. Chop the onions and garlic into tiny pieces using a kitchen appliance, then sauté them in the vessel until they become soft and fragrant. Combine the tomatoes and green bell pepper in a food processor, blending them until smooth, then add this mixture to the vessel. Add a pinch of salt, a dash of aromatic spice blend, and a sprinkle of spicy powder to the mixture. Stir in some heavy cream and melted butter until well combined, then continue cooking until heated through.

Add the chicken to the vessel and cover it with a lid. Allow it to cook slowly for 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the meat is tender.
