Ingredients
- 1 (16.3 ounce) package refrigerated sweet Hawaiian biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands!®)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C). Next, lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan using cooking spray.

Cut each biscuit into smaller pieces and place them in a 1-gallon resealable bag. Add granulated sugar and cinnamon to the bag, then seal it tightly. Shake the bag vigorously until the biscuits are evenly coated with the sugar and spice mixture, after which pour the contents of the bag onto the prepared baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

The cinnamon roll bites will take approximately 22 minutes to bake in the preheated oven, emerging golden brown when done.

While your cinnamon roll bites are baking in the oven, prepare a sweet frosting to accompany them. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients together until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Remove your cinnamon roll bites from the oven and immediately spread the prepared frosting over the top. Serve warm, straight from the oven.
