Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) jar jalapeno peppers, drained and diced
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
1
First, set your oven to the desired temperature of 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C), allowing it to heat up before proceeding.
2
Next, combine the softened cream cheese, melted butter, and milk in a medium-sized saucepan placed over medium heat on your stovetop. Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and well combined.
3
Then, in a 9x13-inch baking dish, mix together the corn and diced jalapeños. Pour the smooth cream cheese mixture over the corn and jalapeño mixture.
4
After that, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded Cheddar cheese over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
5
Finally, place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
