Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 pinch ground ginger
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 cups whole fresh mushrooms
- skewers
Instructions
1
Acquire all necessary components.
2
Combine teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger in a large, resealable plastic container. Add chicken, beef, red bell peppers, onion wedges, and mushrooms to the container, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Remove as much air as possible from the container and seal it tightly. Store in the refrigerator for a period of 4 hours to overnight.
3
Heat the grill to medium-high temperature. Lightly brush the grill grate with oil. Discard the marinade used earlier. Alternate threading meat and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each item.
4
Grill the skewers, turning them as required, until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
