Honey-Mustard Crusted Salmon
Ingredients
  • 1 (1.5 pound) skinless center-cut salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius.
2
Next, take a baking sheet and spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3
Place the salmon fillets in a suitable baking dish and pour milk over them. Allow the salmon to marinate in the milk for 10-15 minutes.
4
In a large, deep bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, whisk the egg until it becomes frothy. Remove the salmon fillets from the milk and gently shake off any remaining milk. Dip each fillet into the beaten egg, coating it evenly, before gently pressing it into the bread crumb mixture. Shake off any excess crumbs.
5
Place the coated salmon fillets in the preheated oven, turning them once, until they break apart easily with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
6
While the salmon is baking, combine softened butter, mustard, and honey in a bowl. Drizzle this mixture over the baked salmon to serve.
