Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
- 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups creamy natural peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a hot temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2
Mix together various dry ingredients such as oats, cranberries, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, sesame seeds, oat bran, flax seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Combine these ingredients thoroughly.
3
Add creamy peanut butter, sweet honey, and oil to the dry mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated.
4
Press the entire mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch baking pan to form a solid layer.
5
Bake the mixture in your preheated oven until it turns golden brown, taking approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
6
Remove the baked mixture from the oven and let it cool for a short period of 5 minutes.
7
Transfer the cooled mixture to the refrigerator and allow it to chill for a longer period of 10 minutes, until it sets.
8
Slice the chilled mixture into twenty small squares, approximately 2 inches by 3 inches in size.
9
Wrap each square individually with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for future consumption.
