Combine chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe glass bowl; heat for 30 seconds at the maximum power level, or until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure it's well combined.

Stir the chocolate mixture again for an additional 15 seconds if necessary, to achieve a silky texture. Next, add Irish whiskey and blend the ingredients until they're fully incorporated.

In a separate container, dissolve coffee granules in hot water to create a rich coffee syrup. Pour the chocolate mixture, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream into this container; mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
