Gently place tortilla triangles into the hot oil in batches; cook, rotating them frequently, until they turn a golden color, roughly 2 to 3 minutes. Move the fried tortilla triangles to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Continue with the remaining tortilla triangles.
