  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Preheat your oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit (the equivalent of 135 degrees Celsius).

In a spacious bowl, combine rolled oats, wheat germ, and wheat bran.

Mix together the brown sugar, vegetable oil, honey, and water in a separate bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency. Add the flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to this mixture.
