- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 pounds beef top round, thinly sliced

Combine the savory flavors of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, smoked paprika, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the beef strips; thoroughly coat with marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a period of 3 hours to overnight.

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and position a wire rack on top.

Transfer the beef strips to paper towels for drying. Discard the marinade used earlier.
