- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

Combine eggs, sugar, and rum in a high-speed blender and process at maximum speed until the mixture thickens into a rich, velvety custard, approximately 4 minutes.

Combine milk with the blended egg mixture and add a pinch of nutmeg; blend on medium speed until the ingredients are fully incorporated, around 2 minutes. Boost the blender's power to its highest setting for an additional minute.
