Hoisin-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
Instructions
1
Combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the salmon fillets into the marinade and ensure they are thoroughly coated with the mixture. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
2
Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), which is equivalent to preheating it to a medium-hot temperature.
3
Take off the plastic wrap from the salmon and use a spoon to scrape up any remaining marinade that has accumulated at the bottom of the baking dish. Pour this extra sauce over the salmon fillets to ensure they are evenly coated.
4
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven until it breaks apart easily with a fork, taking approximately 30 minutes to achieve the desired level of doneness.
