  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Begin by placing eggs into a saucepan, then cover them with cold water. Next, bring the water to a rolling boil and immediately take it off the heat source. Allow the eggs to sit in hot water for 10-12 minutes, followed by a transfer to cool water. Once cooled, carefully remove the eggshells and peel the eggs apart.

To prepare the dressing, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, lemon juice, and chopped green onions in a large serving container. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well incorporated.
