  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/2 fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 3 red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained

Preheat the stockpot over medium-high heat by warming up the oil.

Sprinkle a light dusting of flour evenly onto the beef cutlets to create a coating.

Carefully place the seasoned beef, minced garlic, dried bay leaves, and ground black pepper into the preheated stockpot.
