- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup flax seeds

Preheat your oven to a medium-high temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Next, take some butter or cooking spray and rub it all over a 9x5-inch loaf-shaped container to prevent sticking.

Measure out the following ingredients and place them in a large mixing bowl: 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of rice flour, 1/4 teaspoon of stevia powder, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, mash ripe bananas with an electric mixer until they're smooth, then add 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 1 egg. Continue mixing until the mixture is silky smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until everything is well combined. Then, fold in 1/2 cup of chopped pine nuts and 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds.
